In an effort to revitalize local economies, urban communities must attract more businesses, increase job openings, and, furthermore, improve public services.  Since 2007, 51st Street Business Association has helped numerous businesses enhance their financial & physical structure in various ways.  We assist entities find funds for growth via resources in which they can potentially qualify for such as the utilization of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF) availability.
